Here.

So it's been almost two weeks! Me living in an apartment with my roommate. Just us agains the world.
It actually has been pretty eye opening for what my parents have to go through on a daily basis and holy crap I am sorry for not cleaning up around the house or putting my stuff away when asked. I work all day until five usually and coming home to clean the house, do the dishes, pack lunch, shower, and then its 11 pm... WHERE DOES TIME GO?! Is this what they meant how time decides to go rapid speed and not slow down? I am sure feeling it.
Some things I have learned this week:

  • Never underestimate the power of a good casserole. (Good job case)
  • Groceries shouldn't be so expensive. WE ALL NEED TO EAT COME ON.
  • Making new friends is difficult.
  • My bed is now cherished.
  • Bike commutes are difficult but efficient.
  • Feet hurt. Need new shoes.
  • I love my family.
  • Nothing like a good book to keep you entertained.
  • My neighborhood may be a little sketchy but I am really loving it.
  • Saw bastille. My husband will be in a band. That's all.
My sister also graduated from highschool- HOORAY TRISTA!! It was such a proud time but sadly I was stuck here and not home. I do not think I have ever regretted anything more. Stupid, stupid. Hospital systems have such a strict attendance rule. But I guess its good to learn that I cannot always go to everything. Just hard to think about.

So the boy front.... I have seen some very attractive faces around the new 'hood and the hospital. But have I had the courage to talk to any? Nope. One reason being I look like a total man turd in my hospital uniform and the other being when I am riding my bike home from work I look like a sweat ball of hair with an oversized book bag and a neon rain coat. I rest my case.

And now it is time for some pictures!

What are you all up to? Anything new?!
